Hello I'm Amy
About me
Hi I'm Amy, I have extensive experience of working with a wide range of mental health and wellbeing concerns, and I have a particular interest in supporting young adults bereaved of a parent.
As a Person-Centred therapist, I aim to walk alongside my clients, providing a safe, non-directive and non-judgemental environment.
This will hopefully help people to feel safe and secure enough to talk about sometimes distressing or painful memories and experiences.

Training, qualifications and experience
I trained as a person-centered Counsellor at Keele University, and qualified with an MSc in 2018. I have worked in a range of settings since obtaining my qualification, including Bereavement charities, Student Counselling, and in an Employee Assistance Programme.

I am a Mental Health First Aider, and I enjoy continued learning - most recently I have completed a course in supporting Clients in crisis.
